A Final challenge
And to wrap things up - lets go back to the opening statement on the Home Page . It stated that this was not an attempt to document "all" of Ireland's basketball history. It focuses on the early days of senior men's basketball. So there are still some challenges out there for some basketball fans (supporters) of Irish Basketball to try to do something similar for the Women's basketball history and the history of the underage teams (both girls and boys) as well as the Men's Junior Leagues and the Senior Men's modern era ( post 1980). And don't forget both the Men and Women's programmes. There must be other Irish Basketball Fans that are ready to take on that challenge. If you are one of those and need some help to get started just email ibbhistory@gmail.com.
Also take a look at our related Facebook Group Page
where you can post anything you would like to share.
